I booked and travelled on OLA Cab on 4th June, 2022 with CRN 6342420281 for the ride. I have paid Amount Rs 2466 to OLA. And same time OLA did auto debit from my wallet of Amount. Final Amount they have charged for the ride is Rs 4932 instaed of Rs 2466. I have raised multiple request([Ola Support] #333094143, [Ola Support] #326822094 and [Ola Support] #325647138) to OLA customer care. They have agreed to return my money back, but they did not refund. Now they are saying they cant work on my request anymore, as the time line to process the request is exceeded. I tried multiple times to OLA customer care and contacted them using mail, but they did not refund my money. Request you to work on my request and make sure my money is returned back along with the compensation for wasting my time and pain i have suffered in requesting them for many days..
