Hi,
I have changed the Jio network and joined Airtel, but I think Airtel’s service is very poor.
I have recharged 4 hours ago but not active yet. 379 rupees for 84 days plan .
Money has also been debited from my account.
Trying to contact customer care but not getting 121 recharging and other waste, options were not given to Customer Care Executive.
I think I made a big mistake by taking the Airtel network, if I knew that there is so much wasteful support, then I never take Airtel.
My service will be stopped, the call is coming and I have already recharged, but not activated yet who is responsible for this problem???
I request to get the action done quickly.need your valuable support immediately.
