Dear sir, I’m facing a big problem for purewin casino gambling. In 1st june 2022, I make a transaction of 50000 rupees through BHIM upi aap, this time transaction showing pending, that’s why I can’t submitted UTR No. and can’t apply for add this money to purewin wallet. After some days I complaints to BHIM UPI, they tell me this money was credited to respected account that’s purewin and when I wanted as a proof and they don’t sent me any proof. After that I email to purewin then want to exact time of this transaction I once again call to BHIM they deny to give me any proof of this transaction. That’s why this time I’m failed to recover this my 50000 rupees money.
Now February 2024, I collected exact time and date this transaction from BHIM head office after requesting many time by physical visited.
After that again complaint to purewin, they want to many proof one bye one. I submit all documents as per they need.At fast they deny. When I request for recheck. Total 3 time they deny and every time I request for recheck every time they tell me not missing deposits and then they lock my purewin I’d.
I need justice
In bellow my all proof.
If you check both transaction of my bank statement and purewin wallet receipts from 31 may 2022 to 4 june 2022 there was 50000 rupees difference.
Bank statement say total deposits amount was 654000 rupees of total number of transactions was 18.
(Icici bank – 300000 rupees of 8 transaction,
Bank of India- 344000 rupees of 9 transaction &
Paytm – 10000 rupees of 1 transaction)
And purewin wallet receipts says total 604000 rupees of 17 transaction.

And I don’t submit for this money to purewin wallet through UTR number because of this time showing my this transaction pending. But this money was credited to that upi account.
