Dear there,

Today I noticed that, around 6 rupees is deducting my airtel account balance everyday.
Reason says “data usage”

Mobile number : 8722371….

Could you please check it once? Why this deductions?

I never used any data in airtel so far.
It’s been many months that I turned on mobile data in airtel.

Please give me clear details if what data this deduction for?
If this can’t be provided then please route this your supervisor for escalation.

Not happy with hidden charges.
So far have good feeling about airtel so have not switched.
Please take this as high priority.
