I’ve been using two Sims of vodaphone i.e. 9711014693 and 965494266.
I recharged 9711014693 last month with Rs 98 whose validity expired on 15th Jan. In the recharged I got free SMS, call and 6GB data.
I send SMS on 25th Dec which was marked as MMS and deduct RS 10 from main balance which was RS 64.
After that deduction I had RS 54 in my main balance but soon after these were also erased without my knowledge.
I did complaint on twitter, vodaphone complaint, nodal and have attended many call but haven’t received satisfactory response nor the money refunded by them.
I recharged sim 965494266 on 2nd Jan with Rs 399 that time I had RS 58 in my main balance.
However after recharged my main balance become nil and after complaint on twitter, vodaphonecare, nodal none give satisfactory response nor refund my money.
I had recharged with Rs 18 as well on 4th Jan but that amount also not shown in my main balance.
Can you look into the concern urgently and refund my money?
