I have booked a flight from Delhi to Pune on December 1st, 2021 for the date 27, Dec, 2021. The site took all the required details and finally asked for payment. I paid 4996 rs via UPI. After balance deduction I was waiting for receiving the details of the flight, which were supposed to be shown within 30 mins.
After an hour I started contacting the team via customer support number (0124 643 4800) and there email id (support@travolook.in) but have not received any response. The site looks like a complete fraud. It’s a very painful experience. I am seeking for refund of my money.
