Hello,
I am consumer of vediocon d2h service. Few days ago, I did recharge but it was pending, so I made call to the customer service and the advisor told me that recharge is cancel right now I can make another recharge.
So. i did the same and the I saw that both the recharges got credit and my amount deducted twice.
When I call them back advisors behaved unprofessionally and disconnected my phone several times and then they have blocked my number.
After too much hard word, I was able to connect them over chat, they asked me to wait for better resolution. Now, more than four days has passed and they have not responded on my complaint.
My amout deducted twice and I am not getting the service.
Please take some initiative actions and help me in this concern.
