In lotus 365 app I play casino live roulette game in this game unnecessarily deducted amount 24000/- one time and 12000/- one time and 3200/- one time 1000/- one time these amount are raised tickets but no one respond as of now when I ask roulette customer care ask to app customer care and I ask app customer care he also said same go and ask roulette Cust care it happened 2months back but still no money return given so please kindly request you help me
