Respected sir/madam,
It’s to inform you that I have initiated to recharge my Airtel no on 14/05/2020. The initiates were unsuccessful. But I account was dictated twice for the same. Today 558 is refunded while another 558 is not not refunded. I request you to find the below attachment of my yono account screenshot to know the translation IDs.
Hope that the needed action will to taken asap to refund the same
