I was trying to book ticket on dated 19 jan 2023, return flight from gwalior to Hyderabad from spicejet, on www.spicejet.com , I tried 2 times for booking, amount deducted twice but booking not done, from last three months I mailed many times to spicejet on custrelations@spicejet.com for refund, provided all the details which they asked, all the time company replies, we are working on it ,
I am very disappointed about there service for providing refund, which was not booked from jan 2023
