Hi , I tried to recharge for 398 pack and when I submit, the page went to error and it gave me some error message. so I went back and tried again , now again I got same message in the website, but suddenly I got two sms stating my two recharge is successful and when I contacted customer care, they say they cannot refund my money , instead they asked me to use it for future recharge , I had a talk with supervisor also, but she said the same thing. She said I have to wait for 4 hours before i do second time, which I told i never know that.
