Text of Complaint by Saransh Kesharwani:

I have taken an amount of rupees 15499 from slice card app. I have turned the amount into two installment, was of rupees 8441 for each month. The amount has been deducted from Google pay app through my Bank of Baroda bank account successfully but is being sold field in slice card app. For which I have mailed an email to slice card app about this case for which they haven’t written a reply to me., I have paid the amount before Due date but still I have been charge a late for rupees 400. Although I have paid the amount before date. After getting a late recharge information from slice card app I have called many times the customer care number from my phone number but the executives never pick up my phone after which I thought complain in this. Provided the screenshot of the amount paid successfully of Google pay.
