On 15 th February 2020 I recharged for my Data Card Jio no. through the JIO PAY app (My Jio App) Transaction Id generated BR00045KL0RG and the Amt Rs.549 Deducted from bank via debit card. But recharge was failure due to the Jio APP issue but payment was deducted. This confirmation also received through my Registered mobile. And the sms says your deducted payment was refunded within 10 days. But my refund is not initiated till now. Customer care disconnecting my call, jio care not care about email. Pre written scripted message only sending. Complaint to the NCH no use. Appellate authority no use.
