I have done one transaction amount of Rs 710 dated 19-10-2020. To a local vendor Sonu ram at Canara Bank .upi reference id for this transaction is 0293395359337. This amount reflect in vendor bank . I have talk to Paytm regarding this matter then they said pls submit vendor bank statement . But vendor is denied to share his bank statement. And I have check his merchant account then this amount is not reflect in his Paytm statement. What should I do
Please guide me on this matter
