Dear Sir/Mam,
My sister name is Sarita Gour,she is using phone pay account.on 11 may 2020 one executive of phone pay call to my sister and said that you received the refund of Rs 4999/- so please open the phone pay app and press the bell and check.when she checked the phone pay app suddenly the amount of Rs 4999/- deducted from her bank account. Seven times of Rs 4999/- has deducted from her bank account i.e 34993/- amount is deducted.
Request you to please help the above situation.
