Myself RP Sharma lodged complaint ID.no. 51162773 on 11.09.2021 for refunding my amount Rs. 200/- which were deducted by their service executives for safe custody of my DTH connections which was not requested by me.
Undersigned was just making enquiry for safe custody of my DTH Connections from 12.10.2021 but airtel deducted Rs. 200/- from my account & suspended my services w.e.f. 12.09.2021 without my request ( just for making the enquiry).
On lodging complaint my services were resumed but amount not refunded till time after repeating requests/ reminders by all means.
Requested to do the needful earliest for refunding Rs. 200/- which were deducted without my fault just for making enquiry for safe custody.
