Dear Sir,
I did a transaction through phone pe on 18th October 2018 the transaction was successful in that app but merchant did not received that amount. At that time only I raised a ticket that amount was not transferred to merchant account kindly do the needful they said they will contact to merchant on behalf of me and if there will be any extra payment then they will refund my amount to me . After that they gave me a date to wait till date first date was 23 Rd of October then again they gave me a date of 29th of October again I got a date of 2nd of November and again of 6th of November but yet no solution and refund has been made from Phonepe side. Amount which I paid through phone pe was 795. It’s a request to you kindly look into it and try to give justice. And a request to you kindly fine to phone pe for this type of harassment to customers.
