Text of Complaint by Rajshree Patil:

On 14th May,2022 i had order one soft plush cushion baby sofa seat from meesho. I had done payment online via google pay which was done successfully. Same Bank message received to me. But not order not confirmed by meesho. So i don’t have any order ID not.
when i had contact to meesho help desk they said that they don’t have received any payment from my side whereas Google pay help desk confirmed me that payment successfully done to meesho from my account. My concern is this only i want my money back.
