Sir,
I am mithilesh Kumar Yadav,have made online payment for PLI primium for the month of May through axis bank ATM card. Amount 2198/-deducted from my Axis Bank account on 02-05-2020 but not credited in PLI policy.I try to file a complaint to PLI Head office as well as axis bank coutomer care but both are not responding well.My policy no is 0000003478475. please do the needful
