I have recharged at 9.30 am on 29.10.2018 my metro card by using phone pe app. The amount of rs. 100 was deducted from my saving account but the card was not recharged and I checked by reaching at metro station and used so many times avm machine but my card showed there is no recharge amount . I request you to resolve the issue. My card no. Is 66892862 and metro ref no. Is 26329362.
