I made payment of my insurance policy to Star health and allied insurance co. through net banking from Union bank of India Rs. 17830.00 on dated 22/04/2021. Payment transferred successfully to IBIBO WEB PVT. LTD. with reference ID 515222499 but till date not credited in beneficiary account (Star health and allied insurance co.).
Requesting you please solve my problem as soon as possible.
