Ref: Pre paid Jio Fibre voice Connection +91-1203535927
Dear sir,
This has reference to above pre paid Jio Fibre connection , which is recharged on monthly basis. My last recharge was expiring on 7th Nov 20. I initiated recharge for Rs 999 Plan through My Jio App installed on my registered mobile. on 7th Nov Evening . Amount of Rs 1178.82 was deducted from my bank account , however recharge was not done.

My net connection was cut after midnight of 7th Nov . I contacted Customer care of JIO and informed them about deduction of amount. They told me that your account has been not recharged . The amount deducted will be returned in your account. Meanwhile recharge your account again . I recharged my jio Fibre again on 9th Nov 20 for same Rs 999 Plan. Amount of Rs 1178.82 deducted again on 9th Nov . Recharge was successful this time valid till 8th Nov.
Detail of Complain: Amount of Rs 1178.82 deducted on 7th Nov for unsuccessful recharge is yet to be credited in my account. I had lodged complain at Jio Customer care with Request ID: SR000012YVZ0. Resolution by 22nd Nov.
It is yet unresolved. One week has already passed. Customer care is unresponsive.
