Hi good afternoon
I regularly deposit and withdrew but that time some issues i faced.
I have deposit 20000/- on 29-11-2022
But that time payment goes failed and after 2 minutes it automatic deducted from my bank to that parimatch vendors account, so i contact on parimatch care, but they said it will credit to your bank account within 7 working day, so i Waited for 8-9 day’s, then after they told me we can’t find your transaction in our systems, i sent them all screen shot of transaction, my bank statement but they denied. And that time i was pregnant 8 months so i can’t go to Bank or police station so i can’t did any complaints,. But i call on my canara bank customer care, they said me same as parimatch..

I have deposited 500 ruprees twice and money get deducted and payment goes failed in deposit the reference ids are

21/04/2023 12:17 10000/- and 21/04/2023 1:38 40000/- 2 of my parimatch deposits are still not reflected from last 6 days every time I’m contacting support getting same reply as billing department is working on it but they are not taking any action fraud company never play on parimatch
