I tried to book a ticket from trichy to chennai on 12/06/2023 in TNSTC app i l confirmed the journey details and proceeded to pay the amount. I received the payment link from TNSTC app. I paid amount of 565 through Amazon pay. amount got deducted from my bank account but ticket did not booked in TNSTC app. I request to refund my amount. I attached the screenshot of bank statement
