Text of Complaint by ASHWIN R SAHARE:

Amount debited on from my account by transfering payment via Paytm UPI to another MERCHANT on dated 17.11.2020 of 300 rs twice but merchant denies to received the. payment. Already raised complaints to bank and PAYTM UPI but still not resolved.
