I placed an online order through the website https://nutflux.store/
and made a payment of ₹999. The amount was successfully deducted from my account, but I did not receive any order ID, confirmation email, or message from the company.
I tried contacting the company through the email address mentioned on their website but have received no response so far. The website appears to be fraudulent as there is no way to track the order or reach customer support.
I request the Consumer Forum to take strict action against the company and help me get a full refund of ₹999 that was deducted.
