I have booked a cab from Gurgaon to IGI Airport for 20th Nov 2021. The complete amount was paid while booking the cab but to cab never came to pick me up even after 30 minutes past my cab boarding time. Eventually, I had to book another cab from Uber to reach the airport, but in MakeMyTrip application, the booking is shown as completed and no provision to get my money back.
In the attached screenshot it is evident that even no driver information has been shared with me.
