Text of Complaint by Sheel Kant Harit:

Since TRAI guidelines, i selected pack. Earlier my pack validity was march 21, which has been reduced to February 12,2019. No selected pack resumed. No customer care executive responding to the hundreds of calls made. TRAI should penalize such companies, not complying, cheating customers.
