I have done a mobile recharge of Rs.598/- on 13 August 2020 through payzapp wallet. The payment of Rs.598/- was deducted from my wallet but mobile recharge was not done. IcI customer care number several times but their representative told me to wait for 36 hrs for completing the process. After lapse of 36 hrs also there was no update. I again called their customer care number, they told me that I will get refund for this transaction. Then I made another recharge for same mobile number. Still waiting for refund of my money but no refund has been made till now. They don’t even respond to the emails.
