I had done recharge from Airtel app with the help of phone pe UPI and paid at airtelin.rzp@axisbank 199 rupees only but amount is deducted from my account and recharge is not done.
I have contact with Phone Pe, phone pe is saying that we had transferred money to the merchant(airtel) but airtel is not giving any assistance. I want refund my money.
