Text of Complaint by Himanshu Singhal:

I have done a recharge of ₹449 on 10th May 2020, 12:25 AM. But recharge not received and no query is taken up by Airtel.

Recharge is done through my Airtel app using UPI bank.

My transaction ID- 2005102568757
