Yesterday, I have applied for Tata Sky Connection vide Mobile No. 9935554744 (on behalf of my mother Mrs. Kiran Singh) and paid online Rs. 2,168. I have not received any confirmation from Tata Sky officials regarding connection or no communication yet except invoice generated after payment.
Please resolve the issue and provide the connection or else, refund back my money.
