I had done a recharge of Rs394 for Jio through Google pay on 5th December 2019. The recharge was shown as successful on Google pay but not successful on Jio. I have complained about the same to google pay on 8th Jan and till now no update has been received from Google pay and not even refund. Each time I call them, they just tell they have escalated the issue to the concerned team but no response received.
