Text of Complaint by Talib:

I have call to customer care they are saying we didn’t receive any credit amount.

Recharge from jio app via phonepe, phonepe support team said amount credited to merchant but customer care saying we didn’t receive they are saying wait for 24 hrs it will get back to your amount in your account but its not why this happens
