I have recharged with Rs. 347 on 13 june 2021 and amount was deducted from my account but tata sky account not showed the balance, i talk with your customer service but they will not give me a satisfactory answer.
Ur executive told us recharge done on 14 June. And without my consent updated my pack on 19 June.
That’s why I took the decision to totally shut-off of Tata Sky connection.
