On 16th december 2020, I recharged 2 numbers from my google pay account. In both the number, the first attempt did not work but the money was deducted for both the number. And at my second attempt, the recharged was successful and also the amount was deducted for the second time for both the number. I waited for 3 working days so the deducted amount get refunded but no refund process has been initiated. I called up jio and ask for details, they told me that they received fees only once each for both the number, contrary to the twice deduction and also further told me that the problem is for google pay.
