Text of Complaint by Vaani:

I had done recharge twice on 22nd of october and amount deducted from my bank account and but rechareg failed. it has been over 1.5 months and i did not get my money amounting rs. 400 back. When i am trying to contact airtel team members they are avoiding me and not responding me. As a consumer i wanted my money and compensation for my mental suffering. Being a intern coordinating with studies and managing office it was very difficult for me to coordinate with them and managing all in a different city was a tough task which exhauted my mental peace. Over and above the behaviour of airtel team was very unprofessional.
