On 28 July I have made a transaction the amount deducted from my Paytm postpaid but receiver not received yet

Dear Sir me self IQTIDAR AHMAD.
I have my paytm account with my phone number (9760966762). Today somebody deducted 33492.18 from my postpaid account. I called & message to many times in Paytm but nobody untill reply me.
Please help me.
