- On 15 april 2020,i selected a recharge plan of 249rs on airtel app, because of some offer, 199rs have to pay. I did the process, amount deducted from my account but my number wasn’t recharged. I waited for much long time, but recharge wasn’t successful. Then i did a recharge of 249rs through another application and my number got recharged.
- On the 18th april 2020, it shown on airtel application’s transaction history section that a recharge of 199rs has been done. But no facilities of that pack is added to my account.
- I did a recharge of 249rs, which is working but where is that 199rs? I want my that 199rs
