My complaint is I had done the transection via app digicamp which controlled by army public school jalandhar cantt as on 19/8/2023. During the process digicamp aap shows transection failed but amount 6972.20 deducted from account.and I raised online sbi customer care complaint id is 292879040,but they gave a reply to me your amount successfully transfer to merchant and Tr id is.IGAQBFYZE4.But Army public school Jalandhar Cantt account section not accept as payment as received…so I want my payment back from that account which is in ICICI branch Jalandhar cantt held by army public school jalandhar cantt.
