Text of Complaint by Shubham Raghuwanshi:

I have paid the premium of Rs. 30000 for the SBI Life Smart Wealth Builder Rp insurance policy on 17/04/2022 through SBI Easy Access app. The money is deducted but it has not reflected in my SBI Life Account. Please find the attached transaction details. Also two later i.e. on 19/04/2022, another amount of Rs. 30000 was auto debited from my account. So the amount deducted twice but still I haven’t received my extra deducted amount back.
