I used CRED application to pay my HDFC CC payment, however the amount got deducted from my account but not credited to my HDFC CC, below is the message for your reference;
“Dear UPI user A/C X0348 debited by 3620.0 on date 18Jul23 trf to CREDCLUB1 Refno 356555842208. If not u? call 1800111109. -SBI”
