Paid the icici credit card bill on 3rd sep through cred app, but the amount didn’t get credited to my card. i have raised multiple complaints to cred but the issue is not yet resolved yet. Also Shared the credit card statements as requested by cred team. I need the refund of the amount. It is more than 30 days from the date of payment
Even i have checked with icici and they too confirmed that they havent received any payment
Need some resp from CRED with refund, their customer care is too un-responsive
