Text of Complaint by SAJEESH MELUVEETTIL:

I made payment through net banking by union bank of India amount of RS10000- on date 19/04/2021 with reference Id 514937704 , to CSB BANK LIMITED Invoice ID: 9522707558346142 .attached the debit advise and my deducted bank statement and the screen shot of the payment successful status plus the screen shot of request send by CSB BANK LIMITED for initiating first payment to open an NRO account in their branch , the amount has been debited from my account has not been reversed back since date after 3-4 working days. i was in touch with the CSB BANK LIMITED branch manger who send me the link to initiate the payment and was later informed that payment has not been received by them and it would be reversed to my account itself . since this date the amount has not been credited back to my account , i tried to contact many customer care teams of the ibibo web pvt ltd and ended up with no response.
i kindly request you to do the necessary accordingly to get my money back from them as i am worried i am seeing many similar complaints against this company in this same platform itself.
