Amount of rs.100 has been debited from my account for three months plan on 27/11/2019 but subscription has not done by ALT balaji telefilms. Even after complaining so many times balaji didn’t reply even once. Such a ridiculous service. If you can’t provide services on time then kindly refund our amount as soon as possible. Really disappointed!!! You guys do not even have customer care number. How do we supposed to reach you????

I made payment yesterday for 1 year plan & faced the same issue.. Amount debited but subscription not activated.

Even I have the same issue, sent multiple mails to support@altbalaji.com. There has been no response. My 3 months auto renewed subscription started effective 27th Dec 2019 but till now Subscription hasn’t been activated.
I even have the same issue and each time I email them, they want me to send them the payment receipt and the email id even I sent them information couple of time. They do not read the email..worst service.
