I had tried to apply for jaiib exam on April, 26 during which my amount got deducted successfully and transferred to the beneficiary also as confirmed by the bank but my application didn’t go through. I have tried to contact the numbers given on iibf site but all are not active. I’ve also mailed to care email of iibf but no response received from them. I’ve also submitted my complaint to their members helpline page but all in vain. It’s been 4 days already and the organization is not refunding my money nor replying on my queries. Please Help me in this regard
