Hi,
I was doing my jio recharge through paytm app 399 rupees deducted from my paytm wallet but recharge was not successfull then after i was try again through jio app and 399 rupees again deducted from paytm wallet , my first recharge was not successful and second one was successfully done. my first recharge amount is not refund it by paytm app. then i send a message to paytm through paytm app and they told the transaction is successful at customer’s end, it cannot be rolled back kindly contact the jio customer care.
