Cloud wallet app the loan application app
It’s gives us loan i borrow a loan amount of 60000 rupees but the app give customer service associate told to pay charge first 3000 second 7800 third 5500
It will deduct from my account but the customer service associate doesn’t replying me then I call customer help line no-087890 15907
He told me download anydesk app then he deducted my whole balance 50000 rupees and he told it will refund back it’s become 2 days i not get refund the amount or anything else and given my details to any other person he was transfering money from my credit card and Bank account
Please solve my problem and punish the cloud wallet app
