Coming direct to the point, 07/04/2020 morning I was purchasing one product from FlipKart and for the payment I choose PhonePe. But my amount Rs. 2799 is deducted twice from my SBI bank account through PhonePe and it’s not reached to FlipKart and in result my order is not placed.
I also inform this to FlipKart and PhonePe. Since 7th of April, both are denying to return my amount. So many times I mailed and called them but they didn’t resolve my issue.
Below I will mention the details of transaction.
