Text of Complaint by Siddharth Gautam:

I had recharged my Airtel no. 7042291563 on 23/02/2020 by 558 , the amount got debited twice from my account, for which I contacted bank and they confirmed that the amounts have been successfully credited to Airtel account -VPA- airtelin.rzp@axisbank via transaction ref.  nos 005419460548 ,005419460528.

I called Airtel and mailed them atleast 10 times since February but there is no response from their side.

I called Airtel customer care too many times but they are just neglecting the issue and closed my complaint without any solution.

Complain no CONRC30721673962, closed without any solution.

Request you to kindly get my refund from Airtel .

It’s a complete harassment for customer as they are not responding to mails or to my query even after a considerable lapse of time.
